  • 45 Minutes- $175

    Advice Clinics are one-off meeting where you can bring 1-2 issues that you are having difficulty with.

    I will provide you with some helpful strategies, and signpost you to appropriate services or different resources that best fit your needs.

    Some examples of topics people bring to advice clinics are:

    • Questions around Neurodevelopmental (ADHD/ASD) assessments

    • Parenting strategies

    • Uncertainty if Therapy is right for them

    • Relationship Support

    In an Initial Consultation, we’ll work together to come up with a plan that is tailored to your specific needs. I’ll gather an in depth picture of your family of origin, current lifestyle, what’s bringing you to therapy, and answer any questions you may have.

    Ongoing sessions are contracted in 4-6 session blocks. An Initial consultation appointment is not a guarantee of ongoing sessions; if Dr Bell determines another service would better suit your presenting needs, she will discuss referral options with you.

    • 90 minutes- $250

    In an Initial Consultation, I will meet with the child’s parent(s) or guardians to gain an understanding of the current concerns. I’ll gather an in depth picture of your family’s values, lifestyle, history, and answer any questions you may have.

    Ongoing sessions are contracted in 4-6 session blocks. Regular parent/ guardian check-ins will be part of said sessions, and contracted with the family upon initial consultation. An Initial consultation appointment is not a guarantee of ongoing sessions; if Dr Bell determines another service would better suit your child’s presenting needs, she will discuss referral options with you.

  • ABFT is a manualised and empirically supported model aimed at targeting family and individual processes associated with adolescent suicide and depression.

    What is ABFT – ABFT International

    In line with the ABFT model- our work takes place through a series of sessions that include family sessions, individual adolescent sessions, and parent/caregiver sessions. The average length of therapy is usually between 16 - 20 sessions. The first session is an initial consultation, during which the focus and structure of the remaining therapy is agreed, as per a particular family's requirements. 

    An example of a therapy plan is as follows: 

    • 1 initial consultation lasting up to 90 minutes - $250

    • 5  meetings lasting 90 minutes, each including a 45 minute session with a young person, and a 45 minute session with parents/caregivers - $250

    • 5 family sessions lasting 60 minutes- $175

    In practice, we tailor the therapy plan as per agreement with the family, and additional sessions may be required depending on the progress of the work. 

    We can be flexible in terms of the number and duration of sessions. For example, we can consider planning the work across 60 minute sessions following the initial consultation. However, families should be aware that this may result in a longer, more spaced out overall length of treatment. It is not possible to book 45 minute sessions.

  • Initial Consultation

    Parent Coaching Sessions are aimed at providing targeted support for families by working directly with parents. These sessions are suitable for parents of young children who are presenting with behavioral difficulties, mental health difficulties, or relationship challenges.

    Sessions are contracted in 4-6 session blocks. An Initial consultation appointment is not a guarantee of ongoing sessions; if Dr Bell determines another service would better suit your presenting needs, she will discuss referral options with you.

    Dr Hayley can provide support around how to incorporate research backed methods around promoting the overall wellbeing of your workforce.

    Hayley has also an extensive background in writing psychoeducational content for mental health based apps, blog posts, and school based mental health curriculums.
